Binx® is an online platform connecting self-employed mobile and home-based Hair and Beauty therapists to clients. Binx® facilitates clients to browse therapists, read past reviews and book Hair and Beauty treatments wherever you are.

Yes! Creating your profile is free!
3. What is a mobile therapist?
A mobile therapist is a Hair/Beauty therapist who will come to you, e.g. your home, your office, your hotel – wherever you require a Hair and Beauty treatment!
4. What is a home-based therapist?
A home-based therapist is a Hair/Beauty therapist who works from their own home, so you visit them.
5. Where can I receive Hair and Beauty treatments?
Binx® is UK wide, so wherever you are in the UK including your home, office, hotel – find your Hair and Beauty solution!
6. What treatments can I book on Binx®?
There are a wide range of Hair and Beauty treatments available on Binx®. Use our search tool to find your next perfect treatment!
7. I need to book an appointment a while in advance what should I do?
Individual therapists decide how far in advance to set their availability. We advise they set availability to a minimum of 6-8 weeks in advance so you should be able to book appointments at least a few weeks ahead.
If you require an appointment to be booked for a few months away e.g. for a wedding, we advise using the Binx® messaging system to send a therapist a direct message to ask if they can book you in.
8. I can’t find any therapists in my area – what shall I do?
Drop us an email at email@example.com and we will try to find you a therapist. In the meantime, spread the word in your area and invite others to join the Binx® community! Keep checking Binx® as new therapists are signing up frequently.
9. How do I choose the right therapist for me?
Use our easy filtering tool to narrow down and find your perfect therapist! Each therapist has a profile listing their qualifications and reviews from previous clients, allowing you to make an informed decision prior to booking.
10. Why do therapists charge different prices?
Therapists determine what to charge for their treatments. Some therapists may be more experienced or offer a slightly different treatment compared to others. Check out their profiles to decide who is best for you!
11. What do the coloured tags next to individual therapist’s profiles mean?
As therapists complete a certain amount of successful appointments on Binx® they receive a different coloured tag. 10 appointments – White; 20 – Black; 50 – Orange; 100 – Red; 200 – Blue; 500 – Green; 1000+ – Gold.
12. How can I contact a therapist directly?
Simply use the Binx® messaging system to send the therapist a direct message via our website.
13. How do I book an appointment?
Select the therapist and treatment you wish to book at a date and time that suits you! You will then reach our secure payment page to pay in full upon booking and receive an email confirming your booking shortly.
14. The therapist I want to book doesn’t have any availability for the date and time I selected?
If the date and time you are looking for isn’t available, it could be because the therapist is already fully booked for that date or isn’t available for appointments then. We have loads of great therapists, so check to see if another therapist can book you in!
15. How do I pay for my appointment?
After choosing your service, you will be directed to our secure payment screen. All transactions are handled by PayPal for safe and secure payments.
16. I’ve accidently booked the wrong service, what should I do?
No worries! As long as you’re within the therapist’s cancellation period, just rearrange or cancel the appointment. Check the individual therapist’s profile for their cancellation policy.
17. I can’t find a treatment I am looking for?
If no therapists in your area provide the treatment you are looking for, please drop us an email and let us know. Keep checking Binx® as new therapists are signing up frequently.
18. My therapist has asked me to pay outside of Binx® – what shall I do?
In line with our T&Cs, to safeguard both you and the therapist, we require all payments to be conducted directly through the Binx® website. If a therapist asks you to pay outside of Binx® and you accept, both of your accounts may be terminated. Please notify Binx® of any such requests at – firstname.lastname@example.org
19. What if I want to rearrange/cancel my appointment?
Individual therapists set their own cancellation policies either requiring 24, 48- or 72-hours’ notice. If you want to rearrange/cancel an appointment and are still within the therapist’s cancellation policy window, simply cancel your appointment in your account and rebook for a more convenient time! Only appointments cancelled within the individual therapist’s cancellation policy are eligible for a refund. Please check your therapist’s profile for their cancellation policy.
20. My therapist hasn’t arrived yet?
Your therapist should ensure they are with you on time, but sometimes they may be running late. If this is the case, use our messaging system to check they are on their way. If they did not turn up, we’re really sorry, please send us an email and we will investigate.
21. I am going to be late to my appointment what should I do?
Please use the Binx® messaging system to send your therapist a message to let them know. How long your therapist will wait is at their discretion, but they may have an appointment straight after you and cannot wait, so please try to get there on time. If you are late for an appointment and it cannot go ahead, you are not eligible for a refund, so please ensure you arrive in plenty of time.
22. Can I have the same therapist I booked last time?
Of course! Go into your past appointments to find your previous therapist and make a new booking with them. If they don’t have any space on the date/time you need, check out our other great therapists in your area!
23. What happens if my therapist cancels my appointment?
We’re really sorry about this, we will give you a full refund. Check to see if any other therapists have an available time slot.
24. How can I leave a review?
After your appointment you will be sent an email asking you to leave a review. Please give as much detail as possible ensuring all is accurate and factual to help other clients find a great therapist for them!
25. How are therapist ratings worked out?
Previous clients are asked to write a review of their experience with that therapist. The rating is based upon the average rating of all that therapist’s past reviews. Note – before a therapist has received their first review – their rating score will start at 0.
